How to make payment

PayPal
We prefer to process payments using Paypal enabling our clients to safely, securely and easily make payment of their excess baggage consignments. Clients can use all major debit and credit cards to make payment and you do not even need to have a Paypal account in order to use the service. Once you have accepted our excess baggage quotation, you will receive an electronic invoice sent through the Paypal system, which will clearly identify our company and the amount that is due for payment.

Bank Transfer
We can also accept payment by bank transfer, so if you have internet banking – we can supply you our invoice and bank account details, so that you can arrange a bank transfer to our account. Once we have received cleared funds in our account, we are able to process your excess baggage consignment.

Cash Payments
Cash payments can be accepted over the counter of any branch of Barclays Bank PLC, we will provide you with our invoice which has our bank account details, enabling you to pay our invoice over the counter at your local branch of Barclays Bank PLC. We can also accept cash payment where a client is delivering their consignment to our Heathrow Receiving Centre – please contact us for more details.

Cheque Payments
We will also accept payment by cheque (made payable to First Point Freight Limited) however, we will be unable to ship your baggage until the we have confirmation from our bank that the cheque has cleared. Due to the time it takes banks to process cheques, we would advise clients not to use this option if they are in a hurry to have their goods shipped urgently.
